What is your return policy?

Returns and Exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in-store with the original invoice within 14 business days of receipt of purchase, (less shipping and handling fees). Merchandise must remain in its original sale condition. Used or worn merchandise will not be accepted. Returns made after the 14 day return period will be subject to a restocking fee. If you are unsure if your item is eligible for return, please contact us directly via phone or email and we will be happy to answer your questions. All SALE items and/or custom orders are final sale. No Returns and/or Exchanges will be accepted on these items.

Can I return/exchange merchandise I purchased online at your store location?

Yes, as long as the return or exchange is made within 14 days and the item is in its original sale condition. Simply bring the item and your receipt to our store location and we will be happy to give you a full refund (less shipping and handling fees). Used or worn merchandise will not be accepted. Please note that items returned after the 14 day return policy will be subject to a restocking fee. Sale items and custom orders are final sale only and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

What if my order is damaged when I receive it?

We take great pride and care in ensuring that our products are free from manufacturing defects and are packaged properly before they are shipped to you. However, we are aware that unforeseen problems may arise once your order leaves our warehouse. Should you receive your order with visible damage to the outer packaging, you must sign the carrier’s delivery receipt indicating that the package has been damaged in transit. You should be aware that outer carton damage does not necessarily indicate that the merchandise has been damaged. Once you have had a chance to inspect your order, if any of your merchandise is damaged please contact us immediately via email at info@gkfursnewyork.com so that we may assist you in returning the damaged merchandise. Replacement merchandise will not be shipped out until we have received and inspected the damaged products.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Should you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we will arrange to pick up the incorrect item at our expense. As soon as we receive the item at our warehouse we will send you the correct item, also at our expense. However, if you have received an item that was incorrectly ordered by you, you may return the item within our 14 day return period, but you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return. Claims for incorrect items must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

What if my item is on Backorder?

Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if this date changes.

Merchandise Availability

Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this
