What are your delivery times?

Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered, your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer a range of shipping options, including express and standard shipping. For more information, refer to the information provided under Shipping & Returns on the product page, and consult our shipping policy.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer FREE ground shipping for any order over $100. 

International shipping is subject to local customs and fees, which will be added to your order.

Is my shipment insured?

All of our shipments are fully insured, and high value items are shipped with an adult signature required.

Can I cancel my order?

If you feel you have placed your order by mistake, please contact us  If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation of the cancellation.  If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, we will send you a return shipping label and issue a full refund (as long as it is shipped back within the 30-day return window). How do I return my fur product

Our flexible returns policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. (Custom orders and final clearance items excluded.) Simply email us with your order number and we will send you a postage-paid return label.

What if my order is damaged when I receive it?

We take great pride and care in ensuring that our products are free from manufacturing defects and are packaged properly before they are shipped to you. However, we are aware that unforeseen problems may arise once your order leaves our warehouse. Should you receive your order with visible damage to the outer packaging, you must sign the carrier’s delivery receipt indicating that the package has been damaged in transit.

You should be aware that outer carton damage does not necessarily indicate that the merchandise has been damaged. Once you have had a chance to inspect your order, if any of your merchandise is damaged please contact us immediately so that we may assist you in returning the damaged merchandise.

Replacement merchandise will not be shipped out until we have received and inspected the damaged products.

What if my item is on backorder?

Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if this date changes.

Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you.

Fur Products

How do I choose the right size for fur clothing?

We recommend consulting the sizing charts on our product pages, which provide detailed measurements for each of our products. If you still have questions about sizing, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Do you offer customization options for fur products?

Yes! We specialize in customizations, with options including custom sizing, designs and colors. See our blog post on customizing your fur, or contact us for more information.

How do I care for my fur product?

We recommend storing your fur in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. You should also avoid getting your fur wet and take care not to crush or crease the fur. Cleaning and glazing your fur once a year and putting it into cold fur storage will ensure its longevity. This is especially important for fur clothing.

Do you offer extended warranties?

We have a flexible return policy that allows you to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling fees). However if you have an issue with your purchase after 30 days, please contact us directly so we can review your case on an individual basis. We produce your order in our own workshop, and we stand behind every item we ship out the door, so we will be certain to correct any defect or other manufacturing issue you may have with your fur product.

What types of fur products do you sell?

We sell a wide range of real fur products, including fur coats, hats, scarves, gloves, home decor and more. Our inventory includes a variety of fur types including mink, fox, lynx, and coyote.

Are your furs real?

Yes, we only sell real fur, leather & shearling. All our furs are ethically sourced from Origin Assured farms and suppliers. We source directly from our suppliers ensuring transparency at each step of production.

Are real furs a sustainable material?

Fur is a natural and renewable resource that can be sustainably sourced and harvested. Unlike synthetic materials, which are often made from non-renewable resources and can take hundreds of years to biodegrade, fur is biodegradable and can be recycled or repurposed. A properly stored and maintained fur can be worn for decades.

In addition, many fur farmers and manufacturers prioritize sustainable practices, such as using renewable energy sources and minimizing waste and water usage.

Are your furs ethically sourced?

Yes, we take great care to ensure that all our furs are ethically sourced. We work with suppliers that use sustainable and humane methods to obtain fur, and we never source fur from endangered species. All our furs are "origin assured," which ensures that the fur comes from a country where national or local welfare regulations and standards governing fur production are in force.

Fur Production

Where do you make your fur products?

All our furs are made in our workroom just outside New York City. We make our patterns and designs and do all the sewing work at the same location. We also stock our fur pelts in the same location so when you place your order, we can start work without delay. We invite you to make an appointment to visit our workshop to see where and how your fur is made!

Who makes your fur products?

Our team has been with us for 20+ years. Our in-house craftsmen are designers, pattern makers, fit technicians and sewers whose skill is demonstrated in the fur pieces we ship out. With their expertise and our quality-control team, we ensure our customers are satisfied with every fur product we ship.

Interested to see the process? We’re happy to share photos at each production step for your approval, from the selection of the pelts to the final hand-sewing.

How long does it take for my order to be made?

Since we hand sew each fur product in our New York workshop, it can take 3-14 days to complete and ship your order. Customized furs or customized colors may take up to 30 days to prepare.
